Yesterday I had coffee with 1 T of sugar and 2 T powdered cream (cinnamon/vanilla). Lunch was a balony sandwhich on white (hate wheat) with 1/2 t mayo. 1/2 orange, 1 container raspberry low fat yogurt, 1 serving of sunchips, and about 8 baby carrots with honeycup mustard. 1 can of cherry Pepsi.
Dinner was another balony sandwhich(had to eat at the lib before class), and another 6 carrots.
Snack while doing homework after class was a container of mixed berry lowfat yogurt.

Today I could not get to the gym, for I had to leave work early to pay my gas bill, then came back to meet with my prof, then to the library for homework, and did not get out til 9 pm.
Breakfast was a iced cap. Snack- a banana wile working.
Lunch- spagetti with Newman's Own Sockarooni! sauce (luv it!) and a bit of real parmesean.A small salad with tomatoes and red peppers, wiht the lite blue cheese dressing. i can of cherry Pepsi.
Dinner was a quick grilled cheese (OK, was fattening but I only had 10 min) and a serving of Doritos and water.

OK, I have been bogged down with homework...finals are approaching, and I have also been working 6 days a week, so I am behind in this blog. Sorry! I have lost track of everything that I ate per day, so I am going to start with today.
I weighed myself this morning, with no change. No prob- as I cut back on my food and exerise more, that will change!!!!
Today, I had a iced cap and a banana for breakfast. For lunch, I had 6 potato and cheese perogis with some low-fat sour cream. OK, they were also fried in T butter. For dinner (I am atthe library doing hours of homework), I ordered some Chinese food- 1 C of white rice and sweet and sour pork. I know it is bad, cuz is fried, but it tastes so good! I will work out and really eat healthilly tomorrow,I promise-just needed a day of fat food, I guess. Also 1 can Cherry Pepsi. 4 glasses of water.
I am so busy, it is getting hard to eat well and prep my own food.

Yesterday I had a iced cap for breakfast-and only 1/4 of it cuz I left it in my car!
Lunch was spagetti again- I have NO food at home- and a large salad with Newman's Own Honey Mustard dressing, low fat. Also had 1 orange and Monica gave me 2 yummy Arabic cookies of some type. I also had 1 cup of coffee with creamer and 1 Tb of sugar.
Dinner...a waffle with 1 tsp buter and syrup (was late after class- 8:30)
Tomorrow is payday- I can buy some food! No more spagetti for awhile! Yeah!

Yesterday.....
I exercised at the gym for the first time in 2 months. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, and 10 on the bike (I had to run to my eye drs. and had to leave before they closed).
For breakfast I had i slice of toast. Lunch was some spagetti with cheap pasta sauce-not too much-and a sprinkling of parmegean. A small slaad with blue chhese dressing, and 4 strawberries.
Dinner was a 3 egg omlette with 2 slices of swiss cheese and 3 oz. of steak, sauteed in a bit of olive oil. @ peices of taost with butter and jam, and some sugar free pudding for dessert. A glass of milk (12 oz).
I was hungry all day, due to my small lunch, the lateness of dinner (8 pm) and my workout. But the good news is that I am not sore today at all- looking forward to my workout tomorrow!

Lori's Weight Loss Challenge
Here is my yummy food of the day- Marie's low fat dressing. I have it in blue cheese, and it is by far the BEST low- fat blue cheese dressing that I have found!! You CANNOT tell that it is low-fat...very blue cheesy. It has 50% less fat than regular. Whne I get grocery $ I am going to try another flavor of hers!! Yum!

Today I walked Luke alot, for my exercise. Tomorrow the gym!
Breakfast was a iced cap and a waffle with 1 1/2 tsp butter -browned and yummy- and about a tb of real syrup.
Lunch was a baloney sandwich on white with 1 tsp of mayo, and a low fat yogurt (Pina colada- not very good).
Snack was 8 low fat Triscuits with Newmans' Own Peach salsa.
Dinner was a 6 oz steak, marinated in sesame, teriyaki and ginger. One medium sweet potato, baked, with 1 tb butter, and a small salad with half a tomato and low fat raspberry-pecan dressing. Dessert was sugar free pudding (pistaschio).
Snack was cranberry-raspberry jello and 1 hardboiled egg (not mixed together-LOL).
Had 3 glasses of water.
Was not hungry with these meals- eat a bit more, cuz is Sunday.

Here is a great food suggestion- Newman's Own salsaa!! I love them!! Try the tequila lime- it is so tangy!! The peach is great too, for a different taste. I thought peach would be too sweet, but it really has only a hint of sweetness- it helps to balance the heat. Great with nachos (Tostitos white corn organic) or on scrambled eggs in a wrap!! Yum!!!

Well, This is day 1. I did not do any extra exercise besides walking Luke, but I will go to the gym on Monday.
I had an iced capp in the am- my caffine fix!
For lunch, I had 2 pierogis ( all that was left-sigh), boiled, then fried in 1/2 tbs butter. I also had a container of raspberry low fat yogurt, the last few taco doritos ( 1 serving) and a glass (12 oz- I measured) of Faygo red pop.
For a snack I had 2 tbs peanut butter on 1 slice of white bread.
At work, I have had 2 large cups of tea 9Constant Comment), wiht 2 tsp of sugar
Dinner will be beef stew and bisciuts (4)-about 1 1/2 servings, small mixed salad with 1/2 tomato and 2 tbs Maries' low fat blue cheese dressing, and 1 pkg of baby carrots (3 oz) with honeycup mustard.
