Today I walked Luke alot, for my exercise. Tomorrow the gym!
Breakfast was a iced cap and a waffle with 1 1/2 tsp butter -browned and yummy- and about a tb of real syrup.
Lunch was a baloney sandwich on white with 1 tsp of mayo, and a low fat yogurt (Pina colada- not very good).
Snack was 8 low fat Triscuits with Newmans' Own Peach salsa.
Dinner was a 6 oz steak, marinated in sesame, teriyaki and ginger. One medium sweet potato, baked, with 1 tb butter, and a small salad with half a tomato and low fat raspberry-pecan dressing. Dessert was sugar free pudding (pistaschio).
Snack was cranberry-raspberry jello and 1 hardboiled egg (not mixed together-LOL).
Had 3 glasses of water.
Was not hungry with these meals- eat a bit more, cuz is Sunday.
