I have to admit, I am feeling rather BLUE. I feel very very very very fat and blubbery and absolutely discusting. I am not happy with the way that my body 9or my hair) looks at all. But I am so tired by the time that work is over that it is hard to go to the gym. Sigh.

I did go to the fitness center yesterday, and I walked at a brisk pace for 20 minutes, then I did the exercise bike for 15, on level one-fat burning. It burned off 67 calories.
It felt good to exercise, and at elast today I am not sore. I am going to go 3x this week-and add a day a week, until I am up to 6x per week.
I am taking both yoga and tai chi next semester, and I may sign up for some other fitness classes. I want to look really hot by this time next year! No more Buddha Belly!

I did not join Weight Watchers...I still may in the future, but wiht finishing Grad school in 2 weeks, I have been swamped. Work...John and I breaking up, then getting back together...the holidays...TONS of stress for me so far.
But, today I am going to update my blog daily or so again. I have a 'bad' lunch-leftovers of roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and mac n cheese from Boston Market-BUT... I am going to the Fitness Center over my 'official' lunch. I will eat at my desk while working, and my lunch hour I am going to stretch (and boy will I need that!), then walk for 20 min, then ride the bike for 15, then stretch again. This will be mon-wed-fri. Tue- thu-sat will be walk for 20 min, then hit the machines. And I will try to eat as healthy as possible- but with the holidays and cookies, I know that will be hard.
So, I will record my weight each Sun, and we will see what I loose! I am hoping for at elatsa lb. per week.

OK, I am pathetic...no posts in over a year! No weight loss, either, kids, I am sorry and embarrassed to say.
But, tomorrow is another day..and this week, since it is a payday, I am buckeling down and joining Weight Watchers! I need to loose this weight, and I need help. I eat fairly good- just too much. And I have not been exercising. Ok, it is hard to work full time and go to grad school too, but if I am ever to do it, now is the time. I want to get married and have kids. So, I will weigh myself tomorrow, and bring my stuff for the gym. I am paying for it, so I might as well go. LOL.

Yesterday I had coffee with 1 T of sugar and 2 T powdered cream (cinnamon/vanilla). Lunch was a balony sandwhich on white (hate wheat) with 1/2 t mayo. 1/2 orange, 1 container raspberry low fat yogurt, 1 serving of sunchips, and about 8 baby carrots with honeycup mustard. 1 can of cherry Pepsi.
Dinner was another balony sandwhich(had to eat at the lib before class), and another 6 carrots.
Snack while doing homework after class was a container of mixed berry lowfat yogurt.

Today I could not get to the gym, for I had to leave work early to pay my gas bill, then came back to meet with my prof, then to the library for homework, and did not get out til 9 pm.
Breakfast was a iced cap. Snack- a banana wile working.
Lunch- spagetti with Newman's Own Sockarooni! sauce (luv it!) and a bit of real parmesean.A small salad with tomatoes and red peppers, wiht the lite blue cheese dressing. i can of cherry Pepsi.
Dinner was a quick grilled cheese (OK, was fattening but I only had 10 min) and a serving of Doritos and water.

OK, I have been bogged down with homework...finals are approaching, and I have also been working 6 days a week, so I am behind in this blog. Sorry! I have lost track of everything that I ate per day, so I am going to start with today.
I weighed myself this morning, with no change. No prob- as I cut back on my food and exerise more, that will change!!!!
Today, I had a iced cap and a banana for breakfast. For lunch, I had 6 potato and cheese perogis with some low-fat sour cream. OK, they were also fried in T butter. For dinner (I am atthe library doing hours of homework), I ordered some Chinese food- 1 C of white rice and sweet and sour pork. I know it is bad, cuz is fried, but it tastes so good! I will work out and really eat healthilly tomorrow,I promise-just needed a day of fat food, I guess. Also 1 can Cherry Pepsi. 4 glasses of water.
I am so busy, it is getting hard to eat well and prep my own food.
